Sealed Air Nelipak® specializes in designing and producing
thermoformed packaging for the medical and pharmaceutical market. Examples
include medical packaging for orthopaedic implants, pacemakers, surgery sets,
catheters and diagnostic kits. The plastic packaging and the device inside have
to meet a number of strict requirements. The most important of these is
maintaining integrity and sterility up to the time of use.
We have the expertise and production plants to cover all aspects of this
process, from initial design of the blister packaging or the procedure tray to
finished product, all of which can be produced in cleanrooms up to ISO Class 7
(10,000)2
